^{The Brigade Room rents for $600.00 per event. Events may be up to 8 hours, each additional hour shall be $75.00
A non refundable deposit of $100.00 must be paid upon the signing of the Lease, balance is due 21 days prior to the event.
A refundable security deposit of ($200.00) Must be paid when the balance is paid.
Tables and chairs are provided and will be set up by post 6 if a diagram is provided at least 1 week prior to event.
Tenant is responsible for cleaning of tables and chairs and disposing of all trash in provided receptacles.
